Henry Lewis, Project Coordinator with Richland County ESD, has 16 years of service in the emergency medical services. He is currently the President of the SC EMS Association, elected in June 2018.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time working on his farm with his wife in Fairfield County, Adger Farm.
Goal for Association: Provide value in the Association to our members by working to create a stronger legislative footprint, provide data and research to address workforce sustainability concerns, and consolidate all aspects of EMS in the state in an effort to have a unified voice for EMS Advocacy.
Private Ambulance Provider Board Representative
Brian Lawson, Director of Operations at American TransMed, Inc., has over 25 years in various career and volunteer roles that include Firefighter, Paramedic, and Reserve Police Department. He is a member of Arrowwood Baptist Church in Chesnee, SC, where he serves on on the transportation committee and a past deacon.
He serves as the Private Ambulance Provider Board Representative for the SC EMS Association. He has been married for 14 years and has a daughter (10) and a son (4).
Goal for Association: To strengthen the Association so members and potential members see the value that this association will provide to their organization and create a unified effort to move our profession forward and make EMS in SC a model for the rest of the nation to follow.
